A hands-on, expansive, and action-oriented 90-minute session tailored to your needs. We’ll clarify, un-tangle, gather momentum, and set a clear path forward: towards your new identity, new goals, new habits, and emotional/creative state.
Connecting with yourself, getting curious about all parts of you, deeply understanding your own behaviors, patterns, stories, and needs…and then ACTING on them is the most magnetic thing you can do and is the core of getting back into alignment: personally, creatively, and entrepreneurially.
In this 90-minute 1:1 call, we’ll work on gaining clarity and momentum through exploring your mindset, habits and rituals, your bold goals, and creative practice or business. We’ll focus on excavating, rewiring limiting beliefs and identities, goal setting, and good old chatting it out. It’s a blend of warm guidance, expansive coaching, and tailored mentorship with the end goal being you feeling lit up, expanded, balanced, clear and already in motion towards wherever it is you're headed.
